is a family business started from panayiotis Nikoletti and moves on with
his sons Kyriakos and Andreas. Our name came out from Despoina and Zoe.
We mainly operate in Lance and Famacusta area.
From
1976 this sector has change a lot. New technologies, costs including the
land cost and also taxation make this sector an expensive one for the
majority, especially the last 4-5 years the increase in costs is huge.

on the other side is sensitive to this problem and we decide on our
every project to give something back, as present to our customers. On
de.zo domus 1 we decided to give one brand new car at the value of 9000
cyp.
